OnSide has a track record in developing and securing support from companies and individuals in each Youth Zone area we operate in. Initially our fundraising team supports the Youth Zone Boards to identify the right prospects with the capacity and capability to make significant donations or grants.
We use our expertise to engage them with the project and provide opportunities for potential donors to be among the first to support their Youth Zone and become Founder Patrons.
The real work in fundraising is in retaining your donor’s support – long term, that is why OnSide’s fundraising advice and support doesn’t end when the first three years target is reached.
Onside drives forward the private phase of the fundraising activities and assists with developing plans, setting appointments, attending meetings, preparing proposals, writing funding and grant applications and when a Youth Zone supporter is secured the process for administering, acknowledging and recognising the donor is already in place.
We also lead the recruitment and selection of a local Private Sector Development Manager who takes over fundraising strategy responsibilities prior to opening and mentor them to achieve their goals.
